Responsibilities: Soft Skill trainer will be primarily responsible for training the students in Soft Skills through use of innovative teaching techniques & tools like case studies, audios/videos, role plays, activities/workshops, evaluation methods, assessments tests etc. to equip students to successfully face Corporate Interviews during Campus Recruitment Drives. In depth knowledge of the recruitment process followed by companies is desirable.
Job Description:
Minimum Qualifications: PG / MBA preferably HR / PG in English preferably in ELT or Communicative English/ Masters in any subject with strong English communications skills & flair for training.
Experience: Candidates should have minimum four years or more experience in the Industry/University/Colleges in Training Officers/Engineers in Soft Skill areas. Candidates having undergone ‘Train the Trainers’ program would be preferred other things being equal.
